Frequently Asked Questions

What content does my wellness business need?

Some great ways to get factual, approachable content to your clients are:

  • Newsletters

  • Blogs

  • Program supplemental reading

  • Flyers and worksheets

  • Social media captions

  • Website copy (product descriptions, bio, FAQ, etc)

What are your credentials?

I’m a certified yoga teacher and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. For seven years I have worked in educational marketing at a top global book publisher. I am inbound certified through Hubspot and use inbound marketing techniques, myself! I have written multiple articles that have 10k+ shares and I wrote an ebook!

Is your pricing flexible?

Certain projects have longer timelines or require a different bandwidth so I’m open to having that conversation.

However, I am very transparent with my pricing, as it’s based on the recommended rates listed on the Editorial Freelancers Association’s website.

How do I know you’re right for my business?

Read my work and follow along on my journey! Ultimately, the best way to know if we’re a good fit for each other is to meet. I offer free consultation for most of my offerings.

Email me.

I’m not a writer, but I want to learn how to write better for my clients. Can you help?

Absolutely!

1:1 writing coaching can help wellness professionals make impactful (and grammatically correct) writing for their business that feels authentic, inspired, and sustainable.

I love writing my own content but sometimes it becomes overwhelming, can you help?

Yes! It sounds like your business would benefit from my editing services. You give me a touch draft - even rambling bullet points will do - and I can help you craft a cohesive and factual piece that aligns with your market.

I feel spread too thin and I want to offer more content to my clients but I can’t justify hiring a writer.

I understand completely! It is hard to delegate important aspects of your business to someone who, well, just isn’t you!

But your clients do not benefit from your burnout! When you get out of the hamster wheel and outsource the stuff that sucks up your time and energy, you’re able to focus on growth and generating fresh ideas. And that, ultimately, benefits your clients!
